In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we use a support ticket system. On this website, you can open a ticket to:
- Request IT support
- Ask for information about the EUROAVIA Working Groups
- Apply to our WG vacancies (only for EUROAVIA members)
- Request to post a WG vacancy (only for WG Coordinators)

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and status of your request online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please do not send private emails to the IT WG and to the HR WG as it is hard to keep track of them, usually resulting in higher response time.
